Full payment should be completed before the event date as specified by the management. A refundable security deposit will be collected to cover damages or extra usage. The auditorium must be used only for the approved purpose mentioned in the booking form. Events such as cultural programs, conferences, seminars, meetings, concerts, and exhibitions are generally permitted. Activities that are illegal, political, or inappropriate may not be permitted depending on the venue rules. The venue is available only during the booked time slot (morning / evening / full day). Organizers must vacate the auditorium within the allotted time. Additional hours may incur extra charges.
