LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE: The party or parties renting the convention centre space are fully responsible for any damage incurred during the event. This includes damage to property, equipment, and furnishings. UTENSIL USA... This includes damage to property, equipment, and furnishings. UTENSIL USAGE: All utensils provided by the convention centre must be returned immediately following the event. Any missing or damaged utensils will be subject to a charge, as per the current replacement cost. DECORATION GUIDELINES: Parties may decorate designated areas but are liable for damages, including adhesive residue or physical harm to walls/fixtures. Permission is required for decorations involving fire elements, CLEANLINESS AND MAINTENANCE: The convention centre must be maintained in a clean and orderly manner throughout the entirety of the event. Designated wastebins should be provided by the catering team throughout the venue for efficient trash management.
