Cleaning Fee A mandatory Auditorium Cleaning Charge applies to all events. This covers deep cleaning of the hall, washrooms, and premises post-event. Decoration Basic setup is not included. Custom decoration (flower, fabric, stage setup) is available at extra cost. We have in-house decorators or you may bring your own (subject to policy). Catering Service Charge If opting for our catering, a service charge applies. (Outside food is subject to management approval). Heavy Electrical Load Usage of heavy DJ equipment, extra spotlights, or sound systems beyond standard wattage will attract an additional electricity fee. Security Deposit A refundable deposit is required to cover any damages. This will be returned after the event if the property is left in good condition.
