The management reserves the right to accept or reject any booking request without assigning reasons. 2. Payment Terms A non-refundable advance amount must be paid to confirm the booking. Full payment should be completed before the event date as specified by the management. A refundable security deposit will be collected to cover damages or extra usage. 3. Event Usage Rules The auditorium must be used only for the approved purpose mentioned in the booking form. Activities that are illegal, political, or inappropriate may not be permitted depending on the venue rules. 4. Time and Access The venue is available only during the booked time slot (morning / evening / full day). Additional hours may incur extra charges
